I don't know (you could say that again) but they have been looking for financial wheeler dealing at TYC for months and have found nothing illegal or even immoral inside the company. It looks like nabbing the CEO for a personal tax avoidance scheme is just a consolation prize for the investigators. On a personal level, it is awful for Kozlowski. But, on a business level, it is not much. New blood in the front office is an opportunity not a problem....
