Er, in a country where I'm promised by the highest officials that we'll have WMD terrorism, probably nuclear, sometime after next Tuesday. They can't say when, but the track record shows they follow terrorists, then lose the paperwork just before they commit their terror. These officials then reassure us that they "can live with that". The capital markets crash. Housing is likely to be next.
