What the SEC does is sometimes more detailed than a full audit. Unfortunately, auditors don't look for things like fraud or kickbacks or immoral, but legal loans to officers. The SEC does that and more. JDN knows what he is talking about. He is a CPA. CPA's prefer to tie things out rather than to assume anything. There was a lot of smoke. The fire trucks came but they didn't find any fire. They went home and were called back and still didn't find any fire. IMHO I think that is what we have here is a lot of smoke.
