OT -I have had options in the past the show up as ordinary income when cashed out. Is this different between non qualifying and ISO??

Excellent point Art. The whole options business needs major reform. However, just read how the committees looking into these kind of reforms have basically dropped it with pressure from the big companies.

Maybe a few mor suicides will push the issue back to the front page.
