Agustus or anyone please. I always say, no question is a dumb question; dumb is if you don't ask. Newbie question here and learning. What are the ramifications of these percentage's? Example: Computers Bull Correction 4-29-02 34% / BPCOMP Dist Members Activity Status -0.482%. Plain logic tells me computer index is 34% bullish (correct yes or no) as of this date. Activity status ?? not a clue. Please enlighten me as to what I know is right in front of my face but has not clicked yet. Thanks in advance for help.
