Well, that's pretty convenient.

There's no record anyplace of his doing so, it can't be found, and the WH won't substantiate his claim, and Bush's own accounts of when he did that have changed and are goofy anyway.

Bush lied. To cover up something he thought would make him look bad to the voters.

You're right that Bush didn't lie under oath. He just lied.

A "person of character" wouldn't have done any number of the things Clinton did, including being a liar.

I see, btw, that when Clinton lies, it's called 'lying' and when Bush lies it's called 'dissembling'!
