Dipy, I am not sure where you are coming from. You first said that India is in a state of decay citing toilet seats falling of on the tracks. I sent you some articles on how India is carrying forward to plan of building their railway infrastructure with such engineering marvels. I was expecting you to acknowledge that India is mordernizing quite well. Now you turn around and try to set your own standard of reference and start referring to new coaches with innovative designs.
