I would say that it is a weak statement, in light of the last 2 years. But in light of current situations, this is as bullish as it gets.

AT LEAST means there could be some upside. Say .13? That would meet Henley's guidance. Still lower than 6 months ago estimates, but better than expected.
Considering EVERYONE else is warning, and most expected a warning here, this is pretty good.

Still, to break 10, they will have to have a bullish statement. There could be one IF you believe that some business was pushed back based on the CA issue.

I expect it to hit 10 and fall, just like the last options expiration.
