I thought the same thing. I've been enjoying Real Estate portfolio gains throughout this entire recession. It's definitely at the high end of the range. If someone is looking to get out of the gold bubble, then I'd say look at international mutual funds or large cap value or growth. There's some good plays there now. But gold, real estate, small caps are all at the high end of the range now.

i expect real estate to start to slide from here. bottom around 2007-2010 as the baby boomer shake out comes.
since i expect gold to peak then ...my plan is to sell gold peak and enter real estate low. Just as i dumped tech in 2000 to enter gold.
