GV, Thanks for the clarification. I guess the government probably has some creative accounting to keep the inflation in housing price in check. BTW, like I mentioned last night, I bought QQQ and July QQQ 28 calls this morning. Expecting a sharp rally (for no reason and maybe short covering) next two weeks to bring the NAZ back to 1600. Then it's a march toward 9/11 low. I will be a buyer of QQQ when NAZ hits 1400. The level should hold for at least a quarter, IMHO. thanks, larry!
