Michael, RE: Those who aren't are the ones that seem to see no reason to upgrade from where they were 5-6 years ago and I wouldn't even try to predict when they would change their tune. As an office that falls within that category, I can say that the only reason I can think of for upgrading right now is by shotgun. I have a problem about once every six months with an email from someone who has used a Microsoft format that is too advanced for my software, and in that case it isn't much trouble to just contact the sender and ask them to send the email again with more primitive encoding.
