You're right. That paragraph didn't sound too positive. But, the overall gist of the article is that WCOM is too big and important for the "powers that be" to let it fail. Which is great if you're holding the stock.

I see what you mean. I guess it sounds weird when someone starts talking gov't intervention. I think if Sidgmore does the right things, WCOM can make it on its own.

If only it could rally everyday like it rallied today. <g>
