True, and that's my consideration as well, but it's pretty irrelevant in any sort of a sizable business that is probably buying multiple licenses in any case.

And since Office 2K and Office XP appear to completely share file formats, there seems to be no imperative for me to upgrade. My newest machine came with XP installed. The other one I use regularly has 2K. Functionally they are quite similar.
