I would like to believe that it is, but I doubt that the bottom is near. Every time we reach what appears to be the bottom; something becomes a problem. The real questions become are there any more Enrons or Tycos out there and how quickly can Wall Street look honest. Are there any more Enrons or Tycos...probably. The second part honesty on Wall Street..this will probably play against the market since they will be quicker to call and be more aggressive on calling companies poor performers or sell candidates.
