The Constitution grants the right to the free exercise of religion. Under shar'ia law, if a man's daughter becomes pregnant out of wedlock he may kill her to preserve the honor of the family, and to secure her place in Paradise.

John L., a devout follower of religious precepts such as set forth above, kills his pregnant daughter the day he learns of her shame.

The immutable Constitution would require that John L. not be prosecuted or persecuted, true?

Let's assume that John L.'s daughter at the time of her death had been reconciled to her faith, and agreed that she should be killed to avoid eternal damnation, as confirmed by her spiritual leader.
