You are good at putting words in people's mouths. I never said "religious beliefs are a behavioral profile." Bombing buildings and planes is a behavioral profile, and you don't have to be a McCarthyite to recognize it. Those who practice Islam should hang their heads in shame unless they are willing to rip terrorists to shreds instead of whining about discrimination. They're making all kinds of excuses. I assure you that if I ever see terrorist behavior on a plane or airport I will use every means at my disposal to incapacitate the perpetrator. I don't care if he's a Texas redneck wearing a white hat and cowboy boots or wearing a turban. The only approriate response is: "Let's roll!"
