These "separation of church and state' whiners make me sick.

What's that phrase on the penny in your pocket? "In God We Trust." This country has a religious underpinning, but we bend over backwards double to make sure nobody is denied the right to worship or not as he or she chooses. Heck, in the federal building where I work we had a poster about Ramadan in the conference room. In the Christmas season, for God's sake! After 9/11! Now that was offensive! But I heard no whining and no complaining.

do remember a bit on OReilly's show where he attempted to argue that 'God Bless America' is not a religious statement, but a patriotic one.

It is both.
