Is SI and any or all of the members here who have traded on information here for free, and either profited or lost money part of the Enterprise, or do you have to pay the $600 a month to qualify?

It would be hard for me to believe that anyone involved in anything illegal would still be participating in this discussion at this point.

I sure bet there are a lot of readers of this thread sweatin' it out though--ones who are remaining silent out of fear...I wish to describe a similar previous experience for their benefit.

I was a member of A@P for one month as well as Tokyo Joe's for a month--just out of curiosity in both cases.

All I ever got from either was e-mails...no significant descriptions of why a stock was a good buy or sell...I never "hung out" on the sites or in chat rooms , just the e-mail alerts.

I received a subpoena as a result of the TJ membership--and I'll probably get one for the A@P membership--no big deal--they wanted copies of any correspondence I had --I never had to appear anywhere or hire a lawyer.

It will be interesting to see which specific trades were "tainted"...I'm thinking members "may" have to give up profits on some of those....if they do indeed exist...(I lost money , do I get it back ? LOL)
