Good post. Especially the part about getting money back you lost.:) Bottom line, you would have had to commit a crime for any action, such as forfeiting profits, to be taken. I remember shorting EMLX last year or whenever when some idiot put out a fake PR. Did I know it was fake? No. Did I commit a crime? No. Did I have to forfeit profits? No. I suppose they could have broken all trades that day, but they didn't. Anyway, I don't know how to make this point any simpler.
