Absurd, not true at all, I've never seen or heard of such a thing..... where in the world did you pick up such propaganda? You must remember that Israel is a Democracy, the only one in the middle east, the Arab countries are all dictatorships, or hasn't anyone noticed, which is why the U.S. is friendly with Israel.....

Is it true Palestinians born in Israel don't have the same rights as Jews?

Yes. They are second class citizens all the way.

Do they also have to wear arm bands?

I hadn't heard of that. They do have to carry ID cards that are a different color, as well as license plates that are a different color.

On the suppression of the civil rights of Arabs by continued application of the British Mandatory laws:

<<< These laws were described by the first Knesset as "incompatible with the principles of a democratic state."

Y.S. Shapira, later to be Attorney-General of Israel and Minister of Justice, described these laws as "unparallelled in any civilized country; there were no such laws even in Nazi Germany." >>>
