I ran a couple of other telcos through the Zacks thing you posted and WCOM actually faired better than FON, Q, or T. eg. of the group WCOM would be the least BK if they all went BK. Do you understand what I'm saying here?

But I have to wonder why you even posted it. Ya know what? If WCOM goes BK it won't be good for shareholders. Thing is, BK never is a great thing for shareholder in any circumstance. I would equate this information on par with saying "getting hit in the head with the sharp part of an axe isn't good for your health". Lets just accept the fact that BK = BAD as true.

The debatable question is will WCOM be able to handle and pay down a significant portion of their debt the next couple of years or will they fail and go BK? That is the question - end of debate.

Personally I make no secret of the fact that I think all this BK nonsense talk has resulted from a number of negatives that turned into an outa control monster snowball. Sure if WCOM had stood totally pat and did nothing things would get tough for them a couple years out. As it is two years from now WCOM will have paid down a nice % of it's debt and will be valued on less hysterical metrics like EBITA, profit and Free cash flow. At this point it should be valued at over $10 a share even if very modest multiples are applied.
