By US adopting the Israeli assassination policies I meant targeted assassination of known terrorists, wherever they are found. Assassinating foreign leaders is controversial. Assassinating a foreign national within the borders of a friendly nation would be downright explosive. Especially when that foreign nation doesn't accept our standards of proof that the individual is a terrorist (which is why we would target that person for assassination, I would suppose, given an inability to get them extradited.) That is the meat I'm aiming at. What's your opinion on that option?
