Chartered Semi technical charts signal further downside - Kelive
-- AFX - Asia, 6/11/2002

Chartered Semiconductor may weaken further towards
3.60 sgd even after last week's sharp falls, Kim Eng Ong Securities' web portal
Kelive said, citing trend weakness in the stock's technical charts.

"We suspect that a technical rebound may be due at 4.04-4.10 sgd. However,
the stock's downward trend remains intact and we would not rule out further
downside towards 3.60 in the weeks ahead," it said.

At 9.35 am, Chartered Semiconductor was up 0.02 sgd at 3.96 on volume of
342,000 shares.
