That so called "war" is specific to actions stemming from the events of 9/11. Anything beyond 9/11 is not constitutional and is outside the law.

Does that mean we will need to have another incident to blame on Iraq before they can satisfy old George Sr.'s ego and murder some Iraqi's?

Hey all you conservatives...............why are Bush's side kicks traveling around the world without Colin Powell? IS he gagged and tied up somewhere? I thought he was the Sec. of State? Why in heck is Ashcroft in Moscow? What kind of remarks would have been made if Janet Reno took a trip to Moscow??? LOL

THe Fascism is building and our rights are disappearing or has anyone here even been paying attention?

US DECLARES WAR AGAINST SAUDI ARABIA

at least according to the Sept. 13th declaration by Congress, KLP:

"SECTION 1. DECLARATION OF WAR.

Pursuant to Article 1, section 8 of the United States Constitution, the Congress hereby declares that a state of war exists between the United States and--

(1) any entity that committed the acts of international terrorism against the United States on September 11, 2001, or commits acts of international terrorism against the United States thereafter; and

(2) any country or entity that has provided or provides support or protection for any entity described in paragraph 1.
