AND: you have never received a PM from someone containing a link to a current conversation? Yes, I recall one. Someone said that E and X were having a "catfight." That was back in the days when that was a startling event. As I recall, though, everyone showed up to watch in awe, not to intervene. the "Outside Agitator" charge. This might look picky, but, since I'm on a roll, let's look at the word, charge. Why is everything a charge? A charge is an accusation of wrong-doing for which the accused is expected to account. Why can't a statement be just a description or an observation? Why does everything have to be support or opposition? Why can't we have explanations without them being interpreted as defenses or confessions? Just neutral explanations. Why can't we find someone else's position interesting even though we don't agree with it. Why can't someone's position be plausible even though we think another explanation more likely? Why can't things just be neutral? Why can't they just be? End of rant.
