Poor Mommy. She can't get no satisfaction. I remember a weird psychological experiment, back when I was in grad school, where male subjects who were given very brief (subliminal) exposure to a card that read "Mommy and I are one" did more poorly on some task because of the Oedipal conflict thing. Or something like that. It was so long ago and I seem to have discovered some of Mommy's little helpers here in the pocket of my plastic artists' apron. How did they get in here?
