what are you buying?

Small and mid caps that are in turnaround like CVU, CTIB, MILT, CACH, DCO, NWRE, ESST etc. My more speculative play is WCOM.

how can you be sure its the bottom?

As I'm sure you know, you can't be sure of anything in the markets but typically, there is a process that stocks follow when they put in a bottom.
