As long as the common sense interpretation of the 2nd Amendment is in place I do not share your concerns. America today and Americans today and for all time will have a well documented case study of what happen when morally vacant people elect a rapist, liar and dumber than dirt pretty face to high office. Dear gao seng: In theory I do not disagree with you. However, we have a situation here that is quite serious and its imperative we learn all that we can before attorneys get in there and gum up the works causing us to be unable to fully interrogate this individual. I suspect, once we are satisfied we have all the info we can glean from him he will be accorded the "rule of law" before being tried. JDN
