I agree with that. The TOU even w/o the law should be enough, where the "right" to say anything one wants in this neighborhood that doesn't violate them is concerned, because they're quite sensible TOU.

However, they're not in force any more, as near as I can tell. We are all just pretending they are, when we say things like "as long as they don't violate the TOU!" Just thought I'd mention it...

This conversation about contracts in this case is so interesting and entertaining (and getting more so I know from looking ahead) that I actually went back a couple of hundred posts to read from the beginning. It is amazingly like a novel, the most novelistic series of posts I can remember reading. I still have almost 300 posts to go. The interpolated poems and comments about them added to the effect.
