Great reads.

But these articles are from November and December 2000

Do these articles apply to the scarce new issues coming to market TODAY in 2002?

The point is... IPO's have all but dried up.

And the number of supply of shares taken out of the market by going belly up, defunct, non-trading shares, shares onto third rail markets and even still some mergers...

have dwarfed new shares coming to market to replace shares taken out.

In other words, not only is there diminished supply of stock, but the problem is magnified by the record short positions outstanding THAT MUST BE BOUGHT BACK.

And the percentage of short shares traded to the total shares traded in 2002 dwarfs the short percentage traded in 1974.

Best Regards, J.T.
