I agree, but I believe it's more a fear of uncertainty, markets hate uncertainty. Living with the knowledge that a dirty bomb could go off in a major city, tends to make those large money managers nervous. But the American people aren't blaming Bush for this. They believe he is doing everything he can, it's simply a daunting task. Never before have we been faced with this kind of an evil threat. No matter what party was in power, I would be giving them the benefit of the doubt regarding balancing our liberties, and meeting the challenges of the threat.

Something very few Democrats here seem willing to do. It's easy to be a cynic, or critic, when you don't have the responsibility on your shoulders.
