GECC/Sienna Broadcasting Tracking 'Bashers'

Company Pursuing Immediate Civil and Criminal Sanctions

SPRINGDALE, Ark., June 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- (OTC Bulletin Board: GECC), Golf Entertainment, Inc., dba Sienna Broadcasting, Inc., is pursuing criminal prosecution and civil recovery resulting from what it believes is organized "bashing" of its stock in internet chat rooms and message boards.

CEO Dr. Tim Brooker said the company has requested assistance from federal authorities in tracking down and prosecuting individuals whom he says, "Are responsible for disseminating false and misleading information about the Company. We have a fiduciary duty to protect our shareholders from stock predators, shorters and manipulators."

In addition to complaining to federal authorities, Brooker said that GECC staff will discuss the situation with officials from the NASD later in the day in an effort to determine if the stock has been illegally shorted. "A number of our shareholders have called us stating their concerns about shorting. We'll ask the NASD to settle that issue one way or another."

The Company said it has tracked what appears to be a ring of "bashers" to internet points in Georgia, Florida, Denver and Toronto, Canada.

"We have several names already," Brooker stated. "When we're comfortable that we're able to obtain service of process on all of the proposed defendants, we'll proceed immediately with federal litigation."

Despite positive news in the Company, Brooker said the price for GECC common stock has retreated steadily during the last ten days under pressure by bashers. "We feel that given what we've seen and heard, our shareholders are definitely being injured by professional manipulators. We will prosecute these manipulators to the fullest extent the law allows."

"Automated" is no excuse for lack of safeguards. Speaking to this latest event, the press release guy says, "Sure we have safeguards. We just didn't follow them because...well, you know...it was the weekend, dood." That's reckless.

I just can't agree with that decision ... maybe we should start a service and charge folks to send out their press releases and just pass their password around to everyone who wanted it so they could post phoney PR's all day long ... there has to be responsibility assigned somewhere ...
