Rob- actually there are quite a few reasons why its a pretty good bet that Tyco will make a new low despite the CIT IPO..

In all my years of investing, I have never seen a company that is less deserving of investors money then TYC.. and the very fact that everyone is giving them a thumbs up now tells me Softie isnt too far out there with his thoughts..

Why on earth buy TYC when you can buy just about ANYTHING out there with solid management, zero debt, and a ridiculously cheap share price because of market conditions? dosnt make sense..

Dont mean to argue with you, but at the very least- you dont need to agree with those of us that are bearish on TYC- but at least make some mental notes.. this way it if DOES dip back to $8, you can at least consider the bearish view and consider putting the money elsewhere.

For the record- IM short TYC once again, and hopefully they can push it higher and I will add more. I believe I may never have to cover these shares either.
