Dear MSI: The attacks of 9/11 can be directly attributed to the gutless administration of Clinton. Not only did he RAPE our military and intelligence services, but he fostered a climate where everyone was afraid to take the actions necessary to prevent such occurences. Things have changed now, as a result a few dim wits are screaming about RIGHTS rather than realizing the current Administration is scrambling to put up the best defense possible against future attacks. You CANNOT rebuild the intelligence agencies over night, these are DECADES long endeavors. Clinton did more damage in 8 years than 50 years of work building. Plus, his lack luster responses to other attacks during his administration caused foreign govts and militants to mis read the American resolve. THAT is being corrected now. I think its safe to say anyone who attacks us can expect a very HARD and SUSTAINED response. JDN
