Looks like no one trusts what the spin-meisters have to say anymore, be they from Wall Street or the Govt, they are all full of hot-air. Cracks me up!

Seems like we are coming closer to that gloom and doom mindset that coincides with market bottoms... We could see a real blowoff as tax loss selling picks up in the next 5 months... We might actually see a real January Effect in 2003...

A 15 to 20 P/E puts the S&P 500 at 750 to 1000... In other words, flat to 25% down if the market follows the usual course or P/E deflation at the market bottom...

Flat would be good... : >
