John, that is fine, but it has nothing to do with accounts receivable and inventories at NVDA.

<<I think the whole MSFT Xbox situation would make anyone take a close look at their prospects. >>

Can you please elaborate on this statement. Thx.

JD- an argument can also be made that if you look at Intels history regarding the high end graphics business, every attempt to steal a piece of the delicious pie failed miserably..

3-dfx was a target on 2 occassions and both failed and cost Intel quite a bit of cash..

Gamers are a funny group of people.. Our company sponsors gaming events where kids/adults sit in front of the screen from Friday evening straight until Sunday night.. The joke was that it was rare to see any of them actually get up to use the restrooms... but my point is- Nvidia is considered the Harley Davidson of the graphic cards.. Intel has a reputation as being the big bad monster.. I dont think any amount of marketing dollars is going to change this anytime soon.. Also the partnerships that Nvidia made during this industry slump sure are quite strong.. The product commands insane margins, and demand is only restrained by lack of supply.. I just dont see this changing anytime soon..

Would love to hear what you think of Nvidias Quadro line of high end graphics cards.. The margins on these products are probably double what they are making on the titanium line and they have yet to hit the retail shelves.. This is going to boost profits for Nvidia for the next 2 quarters as well..

just some babble.. All that said, NVDA is an expensive stock.. I love the company, love the execution/management, but would love it even more if I can get the stock sub $20 : )
