Dear Patricia: From what I understand, that has been the dilemna for some time now. I guess the thinking has been the Devil you know is better than the Devil you dont know. However, apparently Saddham has become so dangerous that we are left with no other alternative. At least from the USA viewpoint I dont think it has anything to do with oil as none of IRAQ's oil comes to this country, rather Europe and that is why our European allies have dragged their feet on this one. I admit, its a tough call but frankly, I dont know any other way to stop this World Wide Terror without cutting it off at the Head. Chasing the poor misguided people around the earth just isnt going to cut it. JDN

well patty the hateful, history has so many examples of your proffer. Germany, Italy, Japan that was nuked. You are truly stupid in the ways of dictatorships and their limited control on the hearts and minds of people.

There is Islamists hate syndrome very much like your own hate of good folks who expose the putridity of the stupidest that ever was. It's mindless hate and dictators use Islamist's hate for their own ends.

But your hate blinds you to any possible understanding of how it is.

The people of Afghanistan also make you look the idiot.

Perhaps the oil is the real agenda.........money is always at the root of imperial motives.

I think Saddham is one guy who could give Clinton a run for his money vis a vis "we can spend your money better than you can". Oil and money should be at the root of matters in Iraq. Saddham's spending the country's inheritance for WMD and it ain't to protect them from Kuwait. Why not feed and clothe and minister to their health. Whatever convincing is done in Iraq is at the end of a gun. This guy is not a slick used car salesman. Why blame the US for his poor leadership?
