QQQ cracked below last september levels friday and

bigcharts.marketwatch.com

I'm beginning to think that it drives the nasdaq as much as it reflects it.

given the fact that it represents the top 100 nasdaq companies, and it violated the QQQ september 2001 lows friday, and bounced, its worth considering as a factor in the mix of the possible projections you are speculating over...

it may be very important to consider its chart in addition
or perhaps instead of the total composite, since it is so heavily traded by funds, and investors, and ultimately can
and perhaps at times does, in the end, drive the composite and the individual stocks themselves...

I suppose the question regarding QQQ and the nasdaq, is it the chicken or the egg? or maybe its mcnuggets...
