The point I was making was both sides seem somehow very wrong though I can draw a line between someone speaking ill of another's religion & making a threat against life because of failure to convert seems the worst..

Let's top bitchin about fatwahs and steal a page from the book. If we are so pissed from all these guys issuing these proclamations, let's hire some loony like Gritz and pay him 100K per reverse fatwah. I am sure lots of good ole boys will hide him out. I am sure there is the odd ordnance officer who will overlook mistakes in inventory so he has chance of getting the job done.
