Interesting idea! Somehow it also reminds me of a 5-year plan proposed towards the end of the Gulf War. That plan involves fighting men who would learn and speak Iraqi well enough to pass off as native Iraqis and who would then infiltrate into the military echelons and take out the top guys, including Saddam himself, one by one. Now 12 years have gone by and it seems there's nothing to show for that plan! Did it go beyond learning the Iraqi language? Whatever happened to that plan?
