Re: Lived about the same time as hemlock was discovered...

The Hemlock Solution is still a great corporate tool.

I just got home from watching a clever Peter Bogdanovich film on an unsolved "death", "suicide", "murder" that occurred on William Randolph Hearst's yacht on the weekend of November 15, 1924. A poor chap who was the guest of honor ended up with a bullet in the back of his head. The press never mentioned it, the coroner never investigated it, Louella Parsons got a contract for life from W.R. Hearst, a starlet got a 300% raise the next week.....

Reminded me of the coroners down in SugarLand and Houston Texas. The ones who've declared Cliff Baxter's death a suicide, and that of the CFO of El Paso. Interestingly, neither were depressives, neither had a reason to blow their brains out, but both had a lot of 411 (telepone number information for those not on the N. American continent)on higher ups. Oops.

Your Kissasstophecles lived in an age when inconvenient men didn't get a chance to talk. So do we.
