LOL. It's like saying there's water in the Gobi. Yeah, there's some water in the Gobi, true enough.

SO Okay, it's there. Except that it's selectively enforced and after it's been applied, if a lawyer sues for the right to violate the terms, he gets free reign.

I suspect you could get a post removed very easily. That isn't evidence of much enforcement of the TOU imo.
