The truth is that before Jimmy Carter's department of education and when the conservatives were in charge the US education system was the best in the world. You don't know what works and the truth is you have presided over 1 failure after another. Statistics. What a laugh. In the 60's when you went to college you did not need remedial math and remedial English. But then the conservative old-fashioned ideas were in place. Your left wing fools have failed with whole language, whole math, lack of discipline, drugs and a host of other ideas. However they do know how to put on a rubber.
