You mean a house to buy... no those aren't crashing, they seem to be the recipient of the exodus (pun intended) of cash out of the stock market- (what little there is left of it, that is)... but rentals are half of what they were at peak and declining as more and more new brand new bldgs are coming on line, there are people standing on major intersections waving "for rent" signs its pretty funny actually, maybe everywhere has those but I've never seen it before! Now I'm sure the rents are still high by national standards but for here they are low and falling. I wonder what the vacancy rate is compared to the natl ave.
