I believe that absent the desire for a toorabout an offending poster would be kicked off SI if they broke the rules of the TOU- and that is all for the best, imo. I think the toorabout was probably SI's way of handling posters who complained to SI all the time and who couldn't or wouldn't act like adults. I think it is a kindergarten solution for people who claim to be adults. That is what I think. I guess if you want to be treated like a kindergartner, and can find someone who will agree to do that, I have no problem with it- but imo you have no absolute or even limited right to expect people to go along with such a system.
