If I understand what you are saying, which is unlikely but not impossible, it should be possible for every student in every class to get an A, because 1) the teacher will lay out a clear rubric, and 2) the teacher will teach every student how to do work that fulfills every requirement of the rubric.

So all a student needs to do is pay attention in class and do what the teacher tells him or her to, and they will every one of them get an A.
