Believe what you want - I'm not going to argue with conspiracy theories. As for bringing more banks in to "spread the risk", well, of course they are. You didn't think two or three banks would put up a $5 billion line by themselves, did you? With a line that size, I'd expect there to ultimately be 25 or more banks involved - maybe 50.
