Yes, "Linked" but one does not cause the other, it is the result of the other. Make sense?

Bruce, look at the US$ and the Euro.. That's were they are linked. The US$ index has been dropping all day and the Euro going up as the Europeans dump US dollars and US stocks... You just have to isolate cause and effect..
Gold just stays the same - it's the US dollar dropping that makes you think it's going up ;-)
