The way this is going, Karen, everyone in Washington will soon have been nominated as Deep Throat. Do you want to coinfess now or wait till Woodward cracks under the strain? :-) If Woodward does say there was no DT or he was a composite, who will believe him? People will think there really was and he is still covering. It just doesn't seem like it should be someone as young as Buchanan, although I do think that he's the sort of guy who might do something like that. Buchanan was fairly important in the Nixon WH. It could have been him. Nixon had a fairly young bunch around him. If he hadn't, Watergate wouldn't have happened. Older men would have had better sense- -or found a different way to screw up than a second-rate failed burglary.
