Don't ask rob_v to know anything about debtors-in-possession, bankruptcy financing, Ch. 11 stays, creditors taking less than they're due, re-organization plans, etc.

Bankruptcy means you just crumble, didn't you know?

What a hoot.

Yep, has to be AWE's strategic plan, watch FON/PCS go into Ch. 11.

Some strategy. Some plan.

I actually think that AWE's bankruptcy prospects are more real than FON/PCS's given AWE's capex requirements and debt load. However, should AWE go into Ch. 11, it is possible that a creditors' committee would require that AWE's ludicrous 3g migration path be abandoned.
